Precision Correction. At the Origin of Life.

Our Mission

Origin Genomics is advancing precision genome correction to prevent severe inherited diseases at the earliest stages of human development.

For families carrying devastating genetic conditions, current options are limited to:

Repeated  IVF cycles
Embryo selection
Foregoing genetically related children

We believe another path is possible, one rooted in scientific rigor, ethical clarity, and regulatory responsibility.

Why Now

Over the past decade, genome editing technologies have evolved dramatically.

Precision tools now allow targeted correction of specific
disease-causing variants with increasing fidelity. At the same time, reproductive medicine has matured, embryology techniques are now highly standardized, and regulatory frameworks for advanced genetic therapies continue
to evolve.

Our Ethical Commitments

We operate under four core principles:

Disease-Focused
Transparency & Oversight
Measured Progress
Global Responsibility

We pursue correction of serious, well-characterized heritable diseases.

All research is conducted under independent IRB oversight and in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

We advance only when safety thresholds are met and data supports responsible continuation.

Genome science is international. Ethical standards must be thoughtful, principled, and collaborative.

A Long-Term Vision

Genetic disease correction is a generational responsibility.

Our role is to build the scientific and ethical foundation so that, if and when society decides this technology should be used clinically, it will be safe, precise, and responsibly governed.
